After the Covid-19 Pandemic forced schools to close, the Citizen Leader Awards Committee, composed of 12 faculty and staff and two students, struggled as to what to do with the event. The committee wanted to hold it as a ray of light during the challenging times; but, how? We did not know enough about this illness to even bring our small group together.

We went back and forth for week. Finally, we decided!

We would make an Award Show!

Over the next two weeks, I’d receive tons of videos and images maintained in a Dropbox and transferred to a Google Drive. I’d send videos back to people with feedback on how to record their video better and walk our older faculty through how to record through zoom.
